Together we will create sustainable health and wellness goals that are unique to you. We will work to reach your goals; such as reducing food cravings, maintaining optimal weight, maximizing energy levels and/or increasing sleep.
We may uncover food sensitivities. We may look at sleep patterns. We may increase home cooking interest with new healthy recipes. We may address the need for exercise. Whatever your individual needs are, we will find what's not working and embrace what will work for you.
As your health coach, I will provide you with sustainable, sensible choices that will enhance your well-being and help you identify misconceptions. Today, more than ever, we are bombarded with conflicting information regarding health. I will sort it out, narrow it down and help you determine what's best for you.
